You've already posted a few awesome ideas - Even deeper glue, oxfords filled with glue, other types of shoes and boots.

Maybe when you do boots, put some glue on the zipper for extra stuck.

I'd personally like to see something like leather pants over boots or heels in deep glue.

Are you able to get the shoes clean after or do they end up in the trash?

The shoes are pretty much ruined after a few uses, so they do end up in the trash eventually. I normally end up breaking the straps on them anyway due to the strength of the glue! I could clean them up slightly with vegetable oil, but it would take forever...that glue it just so sticky.
