Thank you for posting that link. I love the pretty women crossing the flooded road and did you notice that the second one of the two in black dresses hesitates while standing in water over her ankles before stepping up on the curb? Did she get a rush or little thrill of enjoyment? Probably just trying to figure out where to step next but a guy can dream!!
I must have looked at a dozen Japanese "walking in rain" videos since this but haven't seen anything good yet. If you find another I would appreciate a link.
Wouldn't it be cool if candid photographers had a way to stream video from their phone to their watch. They could hold the phone up to their ear and view the video on the watch to keep the action centered. All the while standing 90 degrees from their subjects. Nobody would get creeped out.

the only one i can remember, think i posted it way back but worth it.
reason i found the first one in this thread is because i get so dis heartened when i see the walk in city vids and 90% of the women are in trousers and trainers.
Japanese women seem more likely to be in 'classic' attire.
i was looking to see if those two women you mention already had soaked shoes while they were standing on the other side waiting to cross, the woman in the pink and white was pretty much soaked through as her top and skirt looked pretty wet.
Its a fantastic feeling when you can get out in a great downpour like that, if i know one is going to be heavy and at the end of it i'm going to be soaked through i love to play at trying to stay dry, its supprising in medium to hard ish rain how long it can take for the rain to be felt inside your shoes if you wearing patent courts.

Here is a link to one from Russia I guess. It is old and doesn't have the quality but I liked it. After 2:25 it is all boys and some men but the women are at the beginning. I remember seeing it before but forgot about it.
