Yep. Sometimes you come across a really good strong pair of shoes like that. So it's best to look after them.

And of course we had to go and rinse the mud off them before heading back.

It was fun. I was walking around for hours that day. I do have more pictures with these and with other shoes but it seems so quite on these forums these days.

I suspect these vintage heels have spent most of there life looking at the inside of a cupboard, so I thought it was time they got some proper use and saw some scenery!

Awesome. I'd just wear them as they are and the mud will fall off if it wants to. Patent is very tolerant of mud.
