Have they defrosted yet? Is there any damage? From my own experiment, i found that if you freeze them whilst they are folded over (as if you were kneeling down in them) that the leather will rip across the crease once defrosted.

They are beatuiful works of art! That was amazing timing. I love shoes that end up like that from careless owners. More pictures please!

I think use them as dog walking shoes for a while, prvoided you are walking the dag through woods and over rocky paths
