how do I add pic from my phone on here

Copy the photo from your phone to your computer.
By USB cord or by Google sync or by wifi or by Email

From the full REPLY at the bottom click on ATTACHMENTS
Then click ADD FILES chose your directory and click the photo
click OPEN, click PLACE INLINE click SUBMIT

You also have to open it in paint, resize the whole thing and save it as a jpeg. That way the file will be small enough to upload.
