Trick for tight boots

Just got a pair of pull-on 4" heel boots in light brown. Very cool and brand new so very clean
Trouble was getting my foot into them, just wouldn't go into the heelcup
Wait - I thought - I bought them to abuse
1/2 a bottle of washing up liquid later they slipped on good as gold
Much better than plastic bags!
