Love the torn ones. Keep wearing them but lose the inner sole, then they'll look even more trashed. Do they slip off your heels?

Yes, the torn shoe does slip off quite frequently, especially when I have been using them for a while and it can get sweaty. Since it does have a metal heel tip, whenever it does slip it makes quite a loud noise

I still wear them a lot and they are very comfortable since they are so worn in. As previously stated I plan to wear them as long as possible.

I hope you keep wearing them till your toes are hanging out of the pointed toe because they are falling apart.
