New pointed black pumps
I recently purchased these Icone pointy black pumps. I have been looking on the internet for this pair for years; it's a holy grail-level shoe for me. The ultra-pointed toe and sexiness of Icone is the perfect blend. Here are some pictures of the pumps as well as them next to my well-worn nubuck pumps. I still wear the old pair very frequently as they are very soft and comfortable and plan to wear the new pair as well. They are a little tight but I hope that I am able to break them in.

Great find.
Re: New pointed black pumps
They look good but I would have to remove the peeling heel inserts, those things are a real turnoff for me and totally spoil a shoes appearance. I of course understand why sometimes a lady has to use pads of various descriptions but once those heels pass from wearing use to other uses then they should be removed before being passed to the new user.
Once that is done I bet these shoes will look spectacular and their use going forwards will be of great interest. Please look after them though, no squashing or burning, cutting and all that malarkey. They look too good for that.

Even more the peeling heel inserts prevent the direct contact of the foot to the inner leather of the shoe and soak the sweet sweat of the former user instead of the shoe leather. This is totally disappointing for me because I like to sniff the pure shoe. Same with peeling inner sole inserts.

I have done that, I am planning to wear them to work . I took those pictures right when I received them which is why they are still on there.001 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 01, 2024 12:29 pm They look good but I would have to remove the peeling heel inserts, those things are a real turnoff for me and totally spoil a shoes appearance.
